Recipe: Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are one of the simplest & quickest things to make when you need breakfast on the go! Prep the night before or early in the morning - throw in your bag and run out the door. Packed with tons of nutritious ingredients that will keep you full for hours.

OVERNIGHT OATS

Gluten Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used Malk Cashew milk)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

  • Combine oats + nut milk in a container & throw in the fridge overnight. If you do it in the morning, give it at least 1 hour in the fridge to soak.

  • When you’re ready to eat it, top with banana + blueberries + almond butter + cinnamon. Enjoy!
