Recipe: Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal
Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal
Gluten Free, Vegan
Ingredients
1/3 cup dry gluten free rolled oats (I use the One Degree Organics brand)
1 banana
ground cinnamon
Directions
Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil in small pot.
Add in oats and lower to medium/low heat. cover & let it simmer for a few minutes.
Continue to stir until oatmeal and water are evenly mixed. when it’s just about ready, add in sprinkle of cinnamon + 1/2 sliced banana and mix.
When ready to serve, pour into bowl and add the other half of banana & sprinkle cinnamon on top.
If you like your oatmeal a bit sweeter, add in a dash of pure maple syrup!
