Recipe: Grilled Shrimp Marinade

Grilled shrimp is one of my favorite things to make in the summer months - it’s super light, but always hits the spot when paired with some veggies & a big salad!

GRILLED SHRIMP MARINADE

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Ib wild caught shrimp

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3-4 tbsp coconut aminos (I use Braggs or Coconut Secret)

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp parsley (fresh or ground)

  • Sprinkle of salt

  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder

  • 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Let it sit for as long as possible (marinade before work, right when you get home, or even 20 min before throwing on the grill)

  • When you’re ready to grill, put the shrimp on skewers and throw them on the grill! They cook pretty quickly (about 3-4 min each side)

  • Enjoy!
