Recipe: Grilled Shrimp Marinade
Grilled shrimp is one of my favorite things to make in the summer months - it’s super light, but always hits the spot when paired with some veggies & a big salad!
GRILLED SHRIMP MARINADE
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo
Ingredients
1.5 Ib wild caught shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp coconut aminos (I use Braggs or Coconut Secret)
1 tsp ground ginger
1.5 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp parsley (fresh or ground)
Sprinkle of salt
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Let it sit for as long as possible (marinade before work, right when you get home, or even 20 min before throwing on the grill)
When you’re ready to grill, put the shrimp on skewers and throw them on the grill! They cook pretty quickly (about 3-4 min each side)
