Loaded Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
1/2 cup sprouted gluten free oats (I love One Degree Sprouted Oats)
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seed butter (I love the Organic + Unsweetened Sunbutter)
3/4 cup water
Salt
Directions
Add water & sprinkle of salt to a small pot. Bring to a boil.
Add in oats, bring heat to low, cover with lid.
Oats will cook in about 8 min. Half way through, add in maple syrup and mix in.
Once oats are done, pour into a bowl and add toppings!
