Recipe: Digestive Healing Green Juice

The juice combo I’ve been loving recently for better digestion & less bloat! celery + fennel + cucumber. These are some of the most hydrating veggies out there and are amazing to help with excess bloat + detox. I’ve been drinking this on an empty stomach recently anytime I feel run down, heavy, bloated, or just not my best. I’ll also add some lemon when I want a little zing in it. Swear by this!

Digestive Healing Green Juice

I use 50% celery, 25% fennel & 25% cucumber for about 16 oz.
