My Go-To Healthy Restaurants in NYC

There are an overwhelming amount of restaurants in NYC and it can definitely be tough to navigate your way through it, especially when trying to stick to healthier options. I have such a severe case of Celiac Disease, along with a few additional food limitations, so it can be really hard for me to find safe places to eat at. While there are a ton of restaurants nowadays that promote and include gluten free options on their menu, cross contamination is a huge issue in the kitchen that I often deal with. I love to cook and most of the time prefer to have home cooked meals so I know exactly what’s going into my food. Needless to say, I do a ton of research before going out to eat and really try to dine at restaurants that have quality food and make it really worth it! Whether you have a severe food allergy or not, you want to make sure you’re eating high quality food when dining out - don’t waste money on garbage food! Here are a few of the restaurants that I have tried and genuinely suggest. I don’t live in NYC anymore, but still go in often - this is a growing list & I’ll continue to add new restaurants as I try them!
